SmartBand SWR10 - A new way to Log into your life Everyday

Last month Sony launched Smartband SWR10, a fitness tracking wrist band. It is powered by the Sony's core fitness tracking technology. It helps to keep track of your lifestyle. It is compatible with almost every Sony mobile falling in the Xperia line.

It automatically tracks things you do during the day like Walking, Jogging, Cycling and store on your sony mobile device. You can set alarm on your phone and Smartband intelligent wakes you up at best time for you in the morning to wake by gentle vibrations. It can also be used as a media controller for your mobile device. And best of all it is water resistent with IP58 rating.

In order for this gadget to work you do not need to be near to your device. It stores all the data and then sends it to your mobile device whenever you connect it. Connectivity options include Wifi & bluetooth. And is NFC capable for quick pairing with mobile.

It needs lifelog app by sony to be installed in mobile to work. Below you can find the screenshot of the app.

Currently only black color option is available. However there are 9 colours for wrist straps to choose from which will be sold seperately.

Sony Smartband is will ship for free along with Sony Xperia Z2 as a package. Estimated standalone price of SmartBand SWR10 is Rs. 5990.
