Clash of clans is a online multiplayer game (MMOG) where players have to build village, set up defences, train troops and attack other players' villages for gold and elixir. The goal of the game is to gain as much trophies as you gain. As you proceed in the game you can rebuild the ruined clan castle to participate in clan wars.

Clan war is the interesting part of the game. A clan war is a battle between 2 clans having 50 players each. Players get a day of preparation when they exchange troops and set up war bases followed by the battle day. During battle day each of the clan member get 2 attacks to perform on any opponent clan members. Stars get gained during battle count for victory. And the clan with maximum stars wins the battle and each participating member gets awarded with lots of gold and elixir.

There is also a single player mode in the game if you dont want to battle with other players.
