Review :
Sony Xperia M2 is a mid range smartphone from Sony. It is known for its affordable price with great specs. This smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz of Quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM. Internal storage is 8 GB but can be expanded upto 32 GB via SD card.


It boast a 4.8 inches of QHD TFT display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels (229 ppi). Display quality is quiet good for this price range. Camera on this device is 8 Megapixels with the capability of recording Full HD videos at 30 fps. It is also capable clicking photos and recording videos in HDR for low light conditions.
Internationally, Xperia M2 will come in two versions where one will be single sim version and the other will feature dual sim support. The device runs on the Android 4.3 Jellybean version with Timescape User Interface. There are no announcement for further update of the OS. But we can expect an update to android 4.4 in future. On average use the 2300mAh battery on this device can serve a full day of entertainment.

It is expected to be shipping into stores from this march and will be available to buy throughout the world.

Colour options include Black, White & Purple.
