Review :

Xperia Z Ultra is Sony's latest phablet device introducing best display technology in the market i.e triluminous display and X reality engine for mobile. This time sony has removed the delicate flap on the earphone jack so you dont need to worry about it, yet it maintains its IP rating to IP58 allowing you to shoot photos and videos over 1 meter of depth under water. Ports for Micro-USB on top left and Micro SD & Sim slot on right have the same flap as found on previous Xperia Z.


Rear Camera on Xperia Z Ultra is 8mp, but it lacks any flash yet there is an option to take pictures as well as videos in HDR mode for low-light scenarios. Another most amazing feature of it is you can use any pen as stylus so you dont need to buy any stylus.

Xperia Z Ultra has super slim body of just 6.5mm which compensates its size. It has aluminium frame with soft edges on the sides. And has a shatter proof and scratch resistant glass on front and back as well. Xperia Z Ultra is for people who prefer watching movies or playing games on the go but do not want to carry any 10-inch tablet. Though Xperia Z ultra has a very large body, it slips perfectly into pocket and believe me you wont like to come to any small screen once you have used this.

Colour options include Black, White, Purple.

In addition to above, Sony has also introduced magnetic dock charger DK30 exclusively for Xperia Z Ultra which allows you to charge your phone on the table without the need of opening the charging flap.
